CDO Dumpster Rental Reading ("we", "us", "our") operates dumpsterrentalreading.com. CDO is a locally operated dumpster rental company based in Reading, Pennsylvania. In the ordinary course of business, we handle and fulfill the requests you submit directly — our own trucks, our own drivers. In certain cases, where volume, timing or location makes it a better fit, a request may instead be handled by a vetted local service partner rather than by us directly; where that happens, we may receive compensation through a referral fee or affiliate relationship with that partner. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who we may share it with so that your request can be fulfilled either way.

Information you give us directly
When you call (484) 334-4904 or email us, or submit an inquiry through this website or its chat widget, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, service address, email address, and details about the job you need a dumpster for. We do not process or store payment card details on this website; where we fulfill your rental directly, payment is handled by us over the phone, and where a vetted local service partner fulfills your request, payment for that rental is handled directly between you and that partner.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records standard technical information through server logs and analytics: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit. This is aggregate information used to understand which pages are useful and whether the site is working properly.
Chat and enquiry widget
This site includes a third-party chat and enquiry widget. If you use it, the information you type is transmitted to and stored by that provider on our behalf so that we can respond to your request and, if applicable, pass it to a fulfilling partner. Who we share information with
Where we fulfill your request ourselves, your information stays with our own team. Where, in certain cases, your request is instead handled by a vetted local service partner, we share your contact and job details with that partner so they can reach out and fulfill the request — this is disclosed to you as part of how the service works. We may also share information with: service providers who host this website or provide the chat widget, our accountant, and our insurers where a claim arises. All are bound to use the information only for the purpose we give it to them. We also disclose information where legally required to. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties, and we do not send it to anyone outside of fulfilling your dumpster rental request without telling you.
Referral compensation
CDO is, first and foremost, a direct operator — most requests are delivered, serviced and collected by our own trucks and crew. In certain cases where a vetted local service partner fulfills your request instead, we may receive compensation through a referral fee or affiliate relationship with that partner. This does not increase what you pay that partner. We disclose this arrangement here, in our Terms & Conditions and in our Disclaimer in the interest of transparency, consistent with FTC guidance on disclosing material connections and compensation in referral relationships.
How long we keep it
Inquiry, booking and referral records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, generally up to seven years. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form. Chat transcripts are retained by the widget provider under their own schedule.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures for a business of our size.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it or where it has already been passed to a partner to fulfill your request.
